Klem floor leveling unit

Floor leveling unit, package of 20, for use with the original “large” Klem connector.

Protect your panel structures and adapt to uneven floors by using the floor leveling unit.

Each floor leveling unit comprises

• Plastic floor glides
• Screw 6 x 40 with nut M6
• Height compensation up to 13 mm
• Milled aluminum insert with drill hole (metal cylinder)
• 2 metal jaws of the large Klem connector
• 2 offset Allen keys size 5

Important notice

For each floor leveling unit, you also need half an insert set for the respective panel thickness. The floor leveling unit cannot be used without the silicone insert. Only the combination of metal jaws and the insert set guarantees stability and problem-free use.

By the way, you can use the regular insert sets as well: Simply cut the insert set in the middle. Place one of the resulting halves in one side of the Klem connector. Place the supplied metal cylinder of the floor leveling unit in the other side of the connector.

Floor leveling unit for height compensation

Very useful on uneven floors. The floor leveling units allow you to adjust the height of your panel structures, making sure your installation is always stable and secure – regardless of the floor conditions. This is advantageous in older buildings, for example, where floors are often uneven. You can ensure that the presentation of your art exhibitions, school projects, or exhibition stands is always optimal.

Floor leveling unit against damage and soiling

Appearance is another aspect. Since there are small gaps between the panels, it looks better if they are raised slightly off the floor. The floor leveling units also protect the bottom edges of the panels against damage and soiling. Conversely, they protect delicate flooring from damage that could occur while moving your structure.
